Tune in to Movies and Musicals on RTÉ Lyric FM on Saturday 9th November 2024 from 1pm for a special live broadcast from the historic Metropole Hotel in Cork. Hosted by Aedín Gormley, the show will feature Paul Wilkins - best known for his West End role as Marius in Les Misérables.
Paul will perform the iconic Empty Chairs at Empty Tables from Les Misérables at 1:50pm.
This unique event brings together film and theatre favourites, beautifully performed by BA Musical Theatre students from Cork School of Music, MTU. With musical direction and piano accompaniment by David Hayes, production by Peter Curtin, and coordination by Patrick Lynch
